Find liked posts
- Go to your profile and tap the menu.
- Tap Your activity.
- Tap Interactions → Likes.
Sort and filter
Sort by newest or oldest and filter by date range or author.
Unlike in bulk
Tap Select, choose posts and tap Unlike.
Liked Reels
Reels you liked appear in the same list.
Better: save posts
Likes are hard to search. Use Save (bookmark) and create collections like “Recipes” or “Workout ideas”.
Can others see what you liked?
People can see your like on a post if they view the list of likes on that post, unless the post owner hides counts. There is no public list of all your likes.
For creators
Saves are a stronger signal than likes. Create content people want to save. Read Instagram metrics.
