• Account and order details: name, email address, phone number, Instagram username and order history.
• Payment details: payments are processed by our UPI/payment partners. We do not store your UPI PIN, card or bank details.
• Public Instagram data: public profile information such as follower count and posts, used to run targeting and reports.
• Usage data: pages visited, device, browser and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

2. How we use it

• To deliver and improve the growth service and your reports.
• To process payments and send order updates.
• To reply to support requests.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising, including Google Ads and Meta Ads conversion tracking.

3. We never ask for your Instagram password

Our service only needs your public username.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (hosting, payments, analytics, email/WhatsApp) and when required by law.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and measure site performance. You can block cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.

6. Data retention

We keep order records as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes, and other data only as long as needed to provide the service.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing support@viralsocialup.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We use HTTPS and reasonable safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

9. Children

Our service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
