Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of viralsocialup.com and the services offered by ViralSocialUp (“we”, “us”). By buying a plan or using the website you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

ViralSocialUp provides Instagram audience growth, targeting, analytics and consulting services. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, and you must own or be authorised to manage the Instagram account you submit.

3. Your account and content

• You must give a correct, public Instagram username. Growth cannot run on private or deactivated accounts.
• You are responsible for the content you post and for following Instagram’s rules.
• We never ask for your Instagram password. Do not share it with anyone claiming to be us.

4. Plans, prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Monthly plans cover 30 days of service from activation. Yearly plans cover 12 months and are billed in one payment.
• Payment is made through UPI or other methods shown at checkout. Service starts after payment is confirmed.
• We may change prices for future billing periods. Changes will not affect a period you have already paid for.

5. Results

Follower ranges listed on our plans are typical outcomes. Actual results depend on your niche, content quality, posting activity, targeting choices and changes made by Instagram. Except for the guarantee described in our Refund Policy, we do not promise a specific number of followers, likes or sales.

6. Renewal and cancellation

Plans do not auto-renew. To continue after your period ends, buy the plan again. You can stop the service at any time by contacting support.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for accounts that promote illegal activity, hate, violence, adult content, scams or misleading claims. We may stop service to such accounts without refund.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in question. We are not responsible for actions taken by Instagram on your account, or for indirect or lost-profit damages.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Uttar Pradesh, India will have jurisdiction over any disputes.
