Many sites sell thousands of followers for a few hundred rupees. Here is what actually happens.
The problems with fake followers
- They never engage. Your engagement rate drops, so Instagram shows your posts to fewer people.
- Brands notice. A big follower count with tiny engagement looks suspicious.
- Instagram removes them. Fake accounts get deleted in sweeps, so the numbers disappear.
- Account risk. Services that ask for your password can get your account restricted.
A better approach
Grow with real people who are interested in your niche. Targeted growth is slower than buying numbers, but those followers watch, like, comment and buy.
