Two ways to get verified
1. Notability-based verification
Apply in Settings → Account type and tools → Request verification. Instagram looks for authentic, unique, complete and notable accounts, often with press coverage.
2. Meta Verified subscription
A paid monthly subscription that verifies your identity with a government ID and adds features like account support and impersonation protection. Availability and pricing vary.

Beware of scams
Nobody can sell you a verification badge. Instagram never DMs you about verification.
