Use instagram.com/hacked or the “Need more help” option on the login screen.
Disabled account
If your account is disabled, the app shows an option to appeal. Follow it carefully.
Copyright and trademark
Use the intellectual property forms in the Help Centre.
Impersonation
Report the profile or use the impersonation form.
Meta Verified
Subscribers to Meta Verified may get access to direct account support, depending on region.
Beware of fake support
Instagram will never DM you asking for your password or OTP. Accounts claiming to be “Instagram Support” in DMs are scams. See fake DMs.
